You can The expensive roast leg of lamb meat for the feast of Easter, that would be nice, but why not consider lesser known, and just as delicious roast shoulder? This cut cynicism is less expensive, very tasty, and much less stressful.

ingredients for 4 large chunks (about 3 sliders per person):
1 tbsp vegetable oil
31/2-pound bone-in roast lamb shoulder
salt and black pepper freshly ground
1 onion, cut in large dice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 chicken broth cup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh mint food segments

- 325 P 21/2 to 3 hours, or until very soft
