we had a cooking class in the Turkish delicious Divertimenti Cookery School in London on Sunday. It was wonderful to be hands-on with 9 enthusiastic participants and the establishment of the Turkish feast. Here are some photos and recipes that we made on our side, and I hope that inspires you as well.
